Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing or using any products or services offered by ReactionMethod.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products.

1. Products and Digital Access

ReactionMethod.com sells digital educational products and training materials. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to the digital content you ordered. All sales are final except as described in Section 3 (Refund Policy) below.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own personal or business education. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, or reproduce any portion of our products without our written permission.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and within our products — including text, graphics, videos, scripts, swipe files, course materials, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of ReactionMethod.com and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content in any form
Resell or sublicense access to our products
Use our materials to create competing products or courses
Screen record, download, or store our video content beyond personal reference use

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in termination of your access and legal action.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund under the following conditions:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

Have posted reaction Shorts every single day for 30 consecutive days using the system outlined in the Reaction Money Method
Have followed the 30-Day Reaction Channel Launch Plan as instructed
Have used the Viral Clip Vault and the Caption Swipe File throughout the 30 days
Show that your channel has not crossed 25,000 total views by the end of the 30 days
Submit proof of your posting activity and view count to alex@reactionmethod.com within 35 days of your purchase date

Refund requests that do not include documented proof of following the system will not be honored. Refunds will not be issued for customers who did not follow the program as described, did not post consistently, or who simply changed their minds.

All refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we believe in our system and have seen students achieve meaningful results, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, income level, or view count. Results will vary based on your effort, consistency, niche selection, and factors outside our control, including changes to YouTube's platform, algorithm, or monetization policies.

5. User Conduct

By using this site and our products, you agree that you will not:

Use our materials for any unlawful purpose
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our site or systems
Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with our site or the experience of other users

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our products reference and teach strategies for use on YouTube, a platform owned and operated by Google LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to YouTube or Google in any way.

YouTube's Terms of Service, community guidelines, and monetization policies are subject to change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any changes YouTube makes to its platform, monetization program, or eligibility requirements that may affect your results.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of YouTube's platform complies with YouTube's own Terms of Service and community guidelines. We are not liable for any actions YouTube takes against your account, including demonetization, content removal, or account suspension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReactionMethod.com, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

Our products may reference an affiliate or referral program. If you choose to promote our products as an affiliate, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and the FTC's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, including clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship in any promotional content you create.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Lexington, Kentucky.
